Karachi Kings’ James Vince leaves PSL 8 for England duty

KARACHI: Karachi Kings’ opener James Vince took a leave from the ongoing Pakistan Super League season 8, on Monday, to fulfil his national duty.

Vince signed out of the PSL to join the England team for the upcoming white-ball tour of Bangladesh which will take place from March 1 to 14.

Taking to Twitter, Karachi Kings bid farewell to its star batter on his departure from Pakistan.

“Wishing good luck to @vincey14 as he heads off to join the England team for their international assignment. You’ll be missed on the pitch but we know you’ll do us proud. All the best Vincey” it said.

It is pertinent to mention here that Vince has been a mainstay of the Karachi Kings’ batting lineup in the tournament. He scored a quickfire fifty from just 20 balls in the first of the two clashes against Multan Sultans last week.
