TRINIDAD: West Indies sealed an emphatic victory over Zimbabwe by eight wickets in the 11th Place Play-Off of the ICC Under-19 World Cup, here on Monday. Set to chase 257, the home side sealed the victory comfortably in the end despite a poor start; losing their first wicket for just one run. The top-order batters – Teddy Bishop and Kevin Wickham batted brilliantly and partnered strongly to anchor the run chase. The pair added an astonishing 194-runs partnership for the second as both Bishop and Wickham scored terrific centuries. Wickham fell short after scoring 104, while Bishop remained unbeaten with his 112 off 121 balls, laced with 11 boundaries and a six.
